SHIPPING POLICY

How long do I have to wait

Most of our items are stocked and ready to meet their new owners!

● Standard Shipping: 5–21 business days.
● Inside Deliveries: 10-21 business days
● White Glove Deliveries: will be coordinated with your installation professional and a timeline will be provided once an order is placed.

If your order is a pre-order , please reach out to our main line 212.739.7826 and a sales representative will assist with timeline information to receive your shipment.
When an order leaves our hub, ownership is transferred to the delivery agent who will provide an estimated timeline to your residence. A tracking number will be provided for
your order within 48 hours by the delivery agent. Orders containing “out of stock” items are typically held until the entire shipment is consolidated. However, if you would prefer
to split-ship your order, please contact us once your order has been placed and a representative will assist in coordinating your new delivery request. If you request to
split-ship your order, we will ship the in-stock items at the earliest opportunity, and the remainder of the order once the other item(s) return to stock for an additional fee. This
may result in multiple delivery appointments, additional fees may apply. Please note, due to the COVID PANDEMIC, delays on shipments may occur per guidelines and
safety measures per individual shipping agents.

Estimated Delivery Date

Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are approximate date ranges to receive your products at our fulfillment centers. These are not dates of arrival windows at the final delivery location. These estimated windows include stock moving from other warehousing facilities, production time, and cross country transit.

Where do we deliver? 

Our standard shipping services include curbside delivery to any of the contiguous 48 states. If you would like to inquire about shipping to Canada, AK, HI or international
destinations, please contact us at support@aifurnish.com or 212.739.7826 We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO destinations.

Simply place your order, then reply to your order confirmation email with any requests. A service agent will reply to your request within 48hrs.

Can You Say - Free Standard Shipping!

Standard shipping and curbside via our freight partner is available in the contiguous 48 states. All other shipping options will be available for additional
fee. Our curbside freight partner will deliver your item to your residence at a predetermined time and will drop your shipment at the street level in front of the property. For large
parcel shipments, we recommend having a minimum of two individuals to carry your new items into your property. A responsible party 18 years or older will need to be
present to meet with the driver. Your order will not be unpacked and may be left with the shipping pallet. Our partner will contact you up to 7 days in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. They will provide you with a 4-hour window and a schedule for Monday–Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Evening and weekend delivery may be available for additional fees. Restrictions

Ai Furnish reserves the right to refuse delivery for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible for our home or commercial delivery services.
Deliveries can not be provided to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers they are usually small to accept most of the products we carry

Need to get an Inside Delivery?

Room of Choice : this option is available in the contiguous 48 states. Your order will be brought into the room of your choosing for the additional fee of ($XXX). This delivery is
inclusive of up to (2) flights of stairs. Service does not include rubbish removal or movement of existing furniture.

Please note: delivery agents will not be responsible to install wall-mounted units, electrical or plumbing fixtures without clear notification via email or invoice from AI
Furnish or the carrier performing the installation. We highly recommend utilizing a professional, licensed, and insured installer if we do not have a carrier for installations in
your area. If the delivery agent is unable to get your products into your home, you will be responsible for redelivery fees if you choose for your products to be redelivered at a
later date, including the return shipping and warehouse restocking fees if the order is cancelled. Upon arrival, our delivery agent will deliver your products based on the
selected service options you have chosen during your purchase process.

Please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damages prior to your scheduled delivery. Our delivery agents and Ai Furnish will not be responsible for any flooring or surrounding damages due to unprepared spaces. Delivery personnel are not allowed to move existing furniture in your home or commercial space without prior notification and authorization from the Ai Furnish Team

Useful Tips Before Placing Your Order!

Measure Before you Buy!
To ensure your purchase and delivery goes without a hiccup, measure the area you are placing your furniture. If it fits great, but you are not out of the woods just yet! Measure all the areas the item has to pass through to get to that perfect spot. Corridors, stairs, and doors ways are important locations to consider, if you have any doubts reach out to   customer service and they will help with all your needs.

Do We Have the Correct Address?

Please make sure to provide an address where a party or individual (18) years or older may accept delivery. All undeliverable orders will be returned to our fulfilment centers
and restocked. To reschedule a delivery to the correct or different address, please wait for a representative to reach out and arrange for the next available delivery including a
re-delivery fee. We work with several delivery agents and specialist delivery partners ensuring the best delivery value and the most secure, on-time delivery. Your purchase may require multiple deliveries and may be managed by separate delivery partners.
Please note: orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check if your order will fit through doors,
staircases and elevators in their respective packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the product description throughout our website.   Failed delivery due to inability to access your home will result in additional delivery and storage fees.

OTHER FAQS

● For multiple shipping agents, service levels cannot be changed once your items have shipped from our facility.
● If you do not wish immediate delivery due to relocations, constructions, extended trips away from your delivery address, please notify us immediately. If we are notified after shipment, additional storage charges and return shipping fees may apply.
● Changes to orders shipping addresses after shipment, will be subject to additional rerouting fees.
● If you are unable to accept your scheduled order, additional storage charges may apply.
● Weekends and/or after hours deliveries are subject to additional charges.

Oh NO...There is Damage

Unfortunately, no matter how secure products are packaged, there is a chance that damage may occur during transit! No matter the circumstances, rest assured that we
will make things right in regards to your order. Please note the following information:
1. When receiving your shipment, please inspect the items before accepting it from the delivery agent.
2. The condition of your packing should be inspected upon arrival.
3. Please inspect and sign your release document, if one is provided.
4. If there is indication of outer packaging damage, indicate “damaged boxes” next to your signature.
5. Please notify us immediately with images and your release document, we can only open a freight claim with your delivery agent within a 48hr window.
6. If major damage is visible on the outer packing when received, please proceed with refusing the delivery. Images and videos should be documented to open
your claim and we will move forward with processing a replacement for the item.


If the delivery is determined to be unjustified, additional fees may be required to redeliver your purchase and restock your items. Situations that are unjustified
include the following but are not limited to: cancellation after shipment but before delivery, unable to enter property because the product is too large for the entry way or any respective door frame, minor and repairable defects including, scratches, dents, chips, missing pieces.


When we finish evaluating your claim, we replace or repair the item into brand new condition!
If you would like to return the damaged item, we will work hard with you to find an alternative substitute. Should you move forward with a return, return shipping fees may apply.

Ai Furnish reserves the right in absolute discretion to determine whether a product or a component of a product has failed. Whether the failure is due to defect or wear and tear,
the resolution to rectify the product's failure will be determined by the Ai Furnish compliance team. In the event that an exchange for the defective piece cannot be arranged, Ai Furnish reserves the right to offer a substitute of a similar product type or full refund. All repair or replacement of item(s) will depend on inventory availability whether immediate or with shipping delay. Ai Furnish shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and
no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being contradicted by Ai Furnish or to any comparison.
